Massage and Mind Treatments are offered as a “mobile to your door” service as well as at Los Limoneros in Padul (see below for full details of my mobile service).
PRICES
1 hour’s treatment 25 euros
6 hours pre-paid treatments 125 euros (saving 25 euros)
11 hours pre-paid treatments 225 euros (saving 50 euros)
All pre-paid treatments need to be paid on the day of the first treatment.
It is necessary to give at least 24 hours notice if cancelling an appointment or a one hour’s session may be charged for.
MASSAGE SERVICES
Signature Massage
After the initial consultation to determine your needs and wants, this massage will be one of the best massages you have ever had. I can say this confidently, because the session will be the one that you, your body and your mind will be calling out for at that particular time. The massage experience can relax or stimulate, inspire or comfort you. It all depends upon your requirements.
And the best thing is, you don’t even need to tell me what you want or need because, if you prefer, I can read your muscles and treat you according to their requirements. Various massage and energy techniques will be used to take you to another level. Treatment time is 90 minutes.
Full Body Massage
Your whole body is deeply relaxed using the traditional Swedish massage techniques, incorporating extra treatments to calm and unwind those parts of you that tend to hold onto the stress in your life. The relaxation gently works through your body, muscle by muscle, right from the tip of your head to the ends of your toes. You will find that your muscles, tissues and tendons and ligaments relax deeply to a level that stays with you. This massage will help to promote your general well being, improve your self esteem and assist your immune and circulatory systems. Treatment time 60 or 90 minutes.
Wellness Massage
One of the main reasons for having a wellness massage is to be totally well and healthy. A wellness massage is relaxing, but it isn’t a relaxation massage. Neither is it “therapeutic massage” although the wellness massage is deeply therapeutic. So what does a wellness massage do?
It focuses upon your body, your emotions and your mind and is specifically designed to:-
* Relax and de-stress your muscles and your mind, slowly and comfortably.
* Give you a joyous sense of well being.
* Deal with minor ailments.
* Prevent illness (as opposed to treating an illness) so that you progressively feel better and better within yourself, and
* Help you live your life to the full.
During the treatment I use a variety of massage and healing energy techniques to take you on a journey of peace, wellness and deep relaxation. It promotes a unifying wellness throughout your body and mind. You are lead through a journey of enjoyment and pleasure. Recipients typically feel truly happy and content after the session. A feeling which can last on and on. The wellness Massage is a special way to improve your health… you get to feel so good with and about yourself while being healed and strengthened at the same time. Treatment time… It is recommended that your first wellness massage is of 90 minute duration in order to allow the fundamental changes to take place. Thereafter 60 minute sessions normally suffice if you wish to continue and expand upon your journey into total health and wellness.
Back, Neck, Shoulders, Arms and Hands Massage
This massage is designed to relax and relieve muscle tensions in the back, neck, arms and shoulders. Treatment time 45 minutes.
Back Massage
Time tested massage to smooth away the tensions and knots and in your back and give you that “feeling–good” sensation. For more information click on Back Massage. Treatment time 30 or 45 minutes.
Feet, Ankles, Knees and Legs Massage
Both legs are treated and massaged to relieve even the deepest tensions. Ideal after you have been walking, working out or exercising. This is the ideal treatment to relieve tension and prevent muscle fatigue. Treatment time 45 minutes.
Lower Back Pain Relief Massage
Pain in the lower back is extremely common in adults. It can also be extremely incapacitating. The lower back contains many ligaments and muscles which hold the spine and bones correctly and if any of them become injured, inflamed or pulled out of position, then pain is the result. If muscles and tendons are worked too hard, or subjected to awkward movements, then the ligaments and muscle fibres can stiffen or tear, often causing unbearable pain. A good pain relief massage will warm the tissues and also release the points of tension (trigger points) that are often causing the pain. I also teach you techniques you can practice in your own time so you can help make sure you stay pain free in this area. The result can be healing, calming and long lasting relief. Often, more than one treatment will be needed to deal with problems that have been troubling you long term. Treatment time 40 to 90 minutes depending upon your requirements.

I know that, because of pressure of time or lack of opportunity, often the very people who would benefit most from a health-stimulating treatment cannot travel to me. And so I also offer a Mobile Massage To Your Door Service at no extra charge if you live within a certain distance.
Local visits are charged at the same rate as treatments at Los Limoneros in Padul and so you have nothing extra to pay for me coming to you in the following villages:-

Please Note:- I like to do at least a full hour of massage per mobile appointment. Normally, this is the minimum time it can take to get the optimum benefit from a massage. It is also more economical for you, the client, as I have a minimum charge of 20 euros for an “outcall”. In fact, many of my clients choose to schedule a 90 minute massage, but whatever you prefer is fine.
Outside the local area and within 15 kilometres of Padul, there is a travel charge of 8 euros per visit. In Granada city centre, add 12 euros. Beyond 15 kilometres, please contact me with your details and I will let you know what the travel charges would be.
